International Conference on Neutron Scattering: 6-10 July in Copenhagen

On behalf of ICNS, we gladly invite science and news media professionals to apply for Media Accreditation for ICNS 2025.
Application deadline: 30 May.

The International Conference on Neutron Scattering (ICNS) 2025 serves as a global platform for discussions and knowledge exchange among researchers using neutrons for scientific advancement.
Held every four years, ICNS rotates between Europe, America, and Asia, making its European edition a rare opportunity – only once every 12 years. This year will be the first time in Scandinavia.

In July 2025, approximately 750 scientists from at least 40 countries are expected to attend, sharing the latest breakthroughs in research using neutrons across various fields, including life sciences, quantum materials, environmental science, chemistry, and energy solutions. Research using neutrons plays a vital role in advanced materials science, which is crucial for addressing some of society’s greatest challenges.
